Tracking Sentinel is a product of Sentryworks, Utrecht, the Netherlands. Questions about privacy can be sent to [email protected].

This website

This marketing website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies of its own. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.

When you contact us

If you email us or request early access, we use your name, email address, organisation and message only to respond and to arrange a pilot. We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for any legal retention obligations.

The early access form sends your name, work email, organisation, website, team type and notes to us by email through Resend (Resend, Inc., sent from its EU region). Resend processes this data only to deliver the message. The form does not store your IP address, browser details or referrer, and it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam.

The Tracking Sentinel service

For customers, the service processes event metadata (field names, data types, item counts and validation results) on their behalf. It is designed not to store event values such as identifiers, amounts or form contents. Processing terms are set out in a data processing agreement with each customer.
